Quality Policy Statement

It is the policy of D&J Carpentry to provide its customers with a comprehensive and professional service in all areas of its operations; this is achieved by providing training, supported by a fully documented Quality Management System.


The company is committed to meeting or exceeding the requirements of all regulations and applicable legislation (including those which relate to our environmental aspects) and to continually improve the services to its customers.

Eliminating or reducing the adverse environmental impacts that our organisation may have on the environment is important to us. Effective environment management is an integral part of our efforts to achieve our vision.


To ensure we meet our commitments, we undertake to periodically monitor and review our quality and environmental performance and take corrective action where necessary. We will also ensure that there is sufficient resources and arrangements in place to achieve and maintain appropriate levels of control, communication and competence.


Everyone has a responsibility for our environmental performance. In particular, supervisors are responsible for the areas under their control and must seek to minimise waste, promote recycling, reduce energy consumption and, where possible, to work with suppliers who themselves have sound environmental policies.


All employees of this company are suitably trained; it is however their responsibility to familiarise themselves with the requirements of the Quality and Environmental Management System and in particular those areas of the Quality and Environmental Management System that they impact upon.
